A lovely new apartment has been in operation since August 2023 and is situated on the first floor of an apartment building right next to the Lipno Water Reservoir. The Sumava mountain-style apartment building is equipped to the highest standard and includes a parking space in front of the building, a cellar where up to 4 bicycles or pairs of skis can be stored, and an elevator. The advantage of quiet accommodation on the shore of the Lipno Water Reservoir in direct contact with beautiful nature in a small Sumava village, where all amenities are within a short walking distance (ATM 100 m, a restaurant 400 m, a grocery store 200 m). Arrival is possible from 3 p.m., departures until 10 a.m. Wheelchair access.
